Court Closing for Christmas and New Year Holidays

In order to permit more time with family and friends, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois will be closed as follows:

• early closure (12 p.m.) on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2025, and on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2025;
• closed on Thursday, December 25, 2025, and Friday, December 26, 2025, in observance of the Christmas holiday; and
• closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026, and Friday, January 2, 2026, in observance of the New Year holiday.
