Court Closing January 9, 2025

Now that January 9, 2025 has been declared a National Day of Mourning due to the passing of former President James E. Carter, the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois will be closed on Thursday, January 9, 2025.

Matters scheduled to be heard on Thursday, January 9, 2025 will be rescheduled for hearing to a different date.
