You will need to link your newly created or upgraded PACER account with your CM/ECF account. Linking is a one-time process that is needed to gain access to file in NextGen CM/ECF filing system. You must know your current ILNB CM/ECF login and password. Once linked, Follow the steps on the "Get Ready for NextGen CM/ECF" page to upgrade your existing PACER account. Your PACER login grants access to both PACER and CM/ECF.
