The times at which matters will be heard in Lake County will change for four dates only: Aug. 26, Sept. 16, Oct. 7 and Oct 28, On those dates only , matters will be heard at the following times:

9:00. New chapter 13 motions, including new trustee motions to dismiss
9:30. Chapter 13 continued motions and status hearings on Ch 13 adversaries
10:00. Chapter 13 confirmation hearings
10:30. New chapter 7 motions
11:00. Continued chapter 7 matters, status hearings on chapter 7 adversaries, hearings on reaffirmation agreements and trustee final reports.

Beginning on the November 18, 2011 hearing date, all matters will return to their usual scheduled times.
