Revised Bankruptcy Forms Effective April 1, 2016

Effective April 1, 2016, dollar amounts stated in various provisions of Title 11 and Title 28 of the U.S. Code will adjust to keep pace with the Consumer Price Index, as required by statute.  Seven of the Official Bankruptcy Forms and three of the Director's Forms will change.

Attorneys are encouraged to contact their bankruptcy software providers to incorporate the new forms. **This office does not endorse a particular software provider***
