Effective Friday, April 8, 2022 at 7:00 am, the event to file a Chapter 13 Plan or Amended Plan will be modified.  On the screen to select requests included with Official Form 113, we have added “None of the above” as a fourth option.  Selecting at least one of the options will be required.  If user does not check at least one of the options, a pop-up screen will appear stating that a selection must be made.
