Judge Lynch’s August 13 Calls Will Be Conducted Via ZoomGov – REGISTER NOW

Monday, August 10, 2020

As a reminder, Judge Lynch will conduct his 8/13/2020 calls via ZoomGov instead of CourtSolutions.

There is no charge to use the ZoomGov platform, and you do not need to have or create a Zoom account in order to participate.  However, in order to receive the Meeting ID and Password used to access the court proceedings, you must first register for the August 13 court date with your name and some basic case information.  Please note that only one registration is needed and allowed per participant even if you will be appearing on multiple cases at multiple call times.

After you complete the registration, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to join the meeting.  You will have the option to appear (1) by telephone, or (2) by video using a computer or smart device.

Technical questions regarding registration or using the Zoom platform may be directed to my law clerk, Paul Maurer (paul_maurer@ilnb.uscourts.gov).

For questions about scheduling or to make changes to a completed registration, please contact my courtroom deputy, Mimi Kuczynski (mimi_kuczynski@ilnb.uscourts.gov).

This is a pilot program for the 8/13/20 court calls only. Amended notices will not be necessary for matters set to be heard on August 13, a standard written notice compliant with Second Amended General Order 20-03 being sufficient.  Matters scheduled to be heard on any other date will continue to be heard using the CourtSolutions procedure now in use in accordance with the Second Amended General Order until further notice.
