Please take notice that, effective February 1, 2017:
(1) All of Judge Janet S. Baer’s current chapter 13 matters will be reassigned by the Clerk of Court to Judge Donald R. Cassling; and
(2) All Kane and DuPage County matters currently assigned to Judge Cassling will be reassigned to Judge Baer.
Accordingly, the schedules below will apply for current matters as well as subsequently filed matters. Filers are encouraged to visit Judge Baer’s and Judge Cassling’s websites to apprise themselves of each of the Judges’ procedures.

Effective February 1, 2017, Judge Baer will no longer hear matters in chapter 7 and 11 cases on Mondays. Judge Baer will hear chapter 7 and 11 matters on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
