Beginning May 10, 2021, and until further notice, Judge Hunt will hear Judge Schmetterer’s Chapter 7 motion call, and Judge Cassling will hear Judge Schmetterer’s Chapter 13 motion call.
Motion days are the same, but motion times have changed. The Chapter 7 call will be heard on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. The Chapter 13 call will be heard on Wednesdays with original motions at 9:30 a.m. and set matters and confirmations at 10:00 a.m.
IMPORTANT: Both calls will be heard using Zoom for Government, not AT&T Teleconference. The applicable Zoom information is posted below.
Because the Chapter 7 and 13 cases remain assigned to Judge Schmetterer, all captions should continue to show his name, and motions should be noticed for hearing as if he were hearing them. But motions must be noticed for hearing using the form notice of motion attached to the court’s Third Amended General Order No. 20-03.
PLEASE NOTE that the Chapter 7 call on May 11, 2021, is cancelled. All motions not granted in advance and all set matters will be continued to May 18, 2021.
