Customer Satisfaction Survey

During the week of September 10th we will be conducting a survey of our customers here at the bankruptcy court. We have assembled a team of staff members to hand out the surveys and help facilitate completion of it. We are trying to determine what we are doing well, and where we need to make improvements. We are interested in areas concerning access, fairness and our level of service. The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. We would appreciate your feedback!
