Effective July 1, 1999 Thomas Vaughn is appointed Chapter 13 Standing Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, to replace Craig Phelps who is retiring.
All pending Chapter 13 cases assigned to Craig Phelps as of the close of business June 30, 1999 will be reassigned to Thomas Vaughn.
All newly filed Chapter 13 cases for Judges Schmetterer, Barliant, Wedoff and Lefkow in Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, Lake, LaSalle and Will counties will be assigned to Thomas Vaughn.
All newly-filed Chapter 13 cases for Judges Ginsberg and Squires in Kane and DuPage counties will be assigned to Thomas Vaughn.
