Two doctors who declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy after a creditor foreclosed on their townhouse were ineligible under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2) and (4) to have their debts discharged because they concealed transfers of money they made to relatives and intentionally omitted those transfers and information about assets they owned in their schedules.
