Judge LaShonda A. Hunt - Joliet Schedule

LOCATION: The Joliet call (Will, LaSalle, Kendall & Grundy County Chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases) will continue to exist but will no longer be held physically at Joliet City Hall. The Joliet call will instead be held as a hybrid in-person/video call. Parties may appear either in person in Courtroom 719 of the Everett McKinley Dirksen United States Courthouse at 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois 60604 or by video using Zoom for Government.

Chapter 13 Original (New) Motions: Friday at 10:15 a.m.
Chapter 13 Adversary Proceedings:  Friday at 10:15 a.m
Chapter 13 Continued Motions or Set Matters: Friday at 10:30 a.m.
Chapter 13 Confirmation Hearings:
The Chapter 13 Trustee may notice up original motions to dismiss at this time if they are paired with a scheduled confirmation hearing.
