Will County 341 Trustee Preferences

The preferences identified in the following charts are for informational purposes only and merely reflect a particular trustee's preferences. It does not expand or limit a trustee's discretion, nor does it expand or limit a debtor's duties to produce statutorily required information. Trustee Name List the preferred method for debtors to transmit the tax return, pay stubs and additional documents to you. State any informal practices you have established - e.g., meeting continued if documents not received within 48 hours of meeting, etc.
Michael Berland Prefers documents by mail. Will make exceptions to receive by fax when a debtor's attorney has not submitted documents on time. Requires documents about one week before meeting. Will contact debtor's attorney if not received by then.
Peter Metrou Accepts hard copy in U.S. mail only Meeting is generally continued if tax returns and/or paystubs are not received at least 48 hours in advance.
Thomas B. Sullivan Accepts hard copy in mail only Meeting is generally continued if tax returns and/or pay stubs are not received at least 24 hours in advance.
Joji Takada Prefers documents by mail. Requires documents one week before the meeting of creditors.
Bradley J. Waller Prefers documents via US mail. Meeting is generally continued if tax returns and/or pay stubs are not received at least 48 hours in advance.
