Judge Lynch will be participating in the court’s Calendar Adjustment Program from August 1, 2017 through October 31, 2017. All Western Division matters shall continue to be noticed for hearing before Judge Lynch at the Stanley J. Roszkowski United States Courthouse, but will be heard by a visiting judge. During this time all Western Division matters, regardless of the type of case or matter, shall be heard on Fridays only.
