Modified CM/ECF Events for December 1, 2015 Form Changes Now Available for Testing

Monday, November 9, 2015

Effective Monday, November 9, 2015, you are invited and encouraged  to review and test  the modified events that will become effective December 1, 2015.

There is no change to the process of opening a Bankruptcy case, although there are additional statistical  fields to complete. The final docket text will  include  "for individual" or  "for non-individual"  depending  on the type of debtor.

Exhibit D- Individual Statement of Compliance With Credit Counseling  Requirement  has been incorporated into the Voluntary  Petition, Form 101.

Two new events will be available: Declaration About Individual Debtor's Schedules (Form 106Dec) and Declaration Under Penalty of Perjury, Non Individual Debtor(Form 202) to agree with the new forms.

Our "Schedule" event has been modified, so it can be used for original/supplemental or  amended  schedules. It should be tested thoroughly, so you are familiar  with how it works.

There will be only one Social Security Statement event with a prefix box  to select "Amended"  when needed.

Some events will be retired effective December 1, 2015, as they will no longer be needed.

Most other changes are minor edits to the docket text to agree with the title of the form. The new form numbers have been added to each event to assist with  identifying the correct event.

To obtain a list of the events that  have been modified, please "Search Menus and Events"  for 5.1.1.

There is no change to  our current policy on signatures.

Here is the link to our TEST area. You can use the  same login and password that you use in LIVE.
