Effective July 1, 2005, the court will no longer accept paper documents for filing. All documents submitted to the court must be submitted electronically through the court’s electronic
filing system (CM/ECF). To submit filings via the electronic system, you must complete a
training class and certification assignment prior to being issued a login and password. Please visit our website at www.ilnb.uscourts.gov to register for your training class.
Individuals without legal representation may file documents in paper form.
