The clerk’s office mistakenly sent out notices scheduling initial confirmation hearings in Judge Goldgar’s chapter 13 cases on May 20, 2014, for 11:30 a.m. instead of 11:00 a.m.  In reliance on the notices, some lawyers set motions and applications for compensation for hearing at 11:30 a.m.

Despite the notices, the confirmation call on May 20, 2014, will begin at 11:00 a.m., not 11:30 a.m.  Any matters set for 11:30 a.m. will be called at the proper 11:00 a.m. time.

If you set a matter for 11:30 a.m. on May 20, 2014, in reliance on the notice, it is not necessary to refile or renotice those matters.
