During the months of June, July & August, the Geneva Motion/Adversary Schedule will change. Judge Cassling will be sitting every other Friday during those months.  Please refer to the sitting and non-sitting dates posted on Judge Cassling's Geneva Motion/Adversary Schedule.  The Chapter 13 motions and set matters will remain at the current set times.  The Chapter 7 motions and set matters will not remain at the current set times.  The modified time schedule for the Chapter 7 motions and set matters will be as follows: 

Chapter 7 Original (New) Motions: Friday at 11:00 a.m.
Set and/or Continued Matters: Friday at 11:30 a.m.
Adversary Matters:  Friday at 11:30 a.m.
Involuntary Petitions: Friday at 11:30 a.m.
