This event should only be used if the 341 Meeting of Creditors is being continued to a special location other than a normal 341 meeting location.  

This is a paperless event.

Step-by-Step Procedures:

1. Select [Bankruptcy>Trustee/US Trustee]

2.  Enter case number and click Next

3. Select Statement Adjourning Meeting of Creditors with Fill in Location (no paper) from event pick list and click Next

4. Select Trustee from party pick list and click Next

5. A warning message will appear, Click Next

   Court Users, Please Verify Filed Date

6. Enter 341 meeting date, time - Do Not select a location

7. Click Next

8. Enter address of location of continued 341 Meeting Location

9. Click Next

10. A Blank page will appear.

    Click Next

11. The Final Text page will display.  This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.

    Verify the accuracy of the docket text.  If not correct/if correct

12. Click Next to complete filing process

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
