Notice of Trustee's Final Report and Applications for Compensation

Background:

Effective Monday, October 15, 2012, this event will be modified so the Trustee can relate the notice to the Trustee Final Report and any Applications for Compensation. Relating the Notice to the Application(s) will insure that the matter(s) are scheduled on the Judge's calendar.

Step-by-Step Procedures:

1. Select [Bankruptcy>Trustee/US Trustee]

2.  Enter case number and click Next

3. Select Notice of Trustee's Final Report and Applications for Compensation from event pick list and click Next

4. Select Trustee from party pick list

5. Click Next

The PDF Document selection screen will display.

6. Click Browse button and navigate to locate the appropriate document/file

7. Highlight filename
   Right click on filename
   Select Open
   Review document
   Close windowView file to verify the correct file is being selected

8. Click Open button and filename will appear in the browse window

   If you filed a proposed order with your applications, you do not need an additional proposed order?

9. Click Next

10. The Hearing Date Screen will display:

    • Enter hearing date, time and select hearing location
    • Select the appropriate event(s)

11. Click Next to continue

    The Modify Text screen will display.  Click down arrow to select a prefix if applicable.

12. Click Next

    The Final Text screen will display.  This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.  Note:  The docket entry no longer reads the same as the event.  The docket entry reads as follows;

13. Verify the accuracy of the docket text.  If not correct/if correct

14. Click Next to complete filing process

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.

Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.  You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
