Amended Notice of Motion
Last Updated: April 6, 2005

An Amended Notice of Motion should be filed whenever the date, time, location or service list is being amended.

During the filing process, you will be prompted to relate to the original Notice of Motion and Motion.  By doing so, the original date will be removed from the judge's call and the Amended date will be added to the judge's call.

It is not necessary to re-file the motion.  Relating the Amended Notice of Motion to the original Notice of Motion and Motion will give the judge access to the motion.
