Chapter 11 Plan

These procedures should be used when filing a Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization and a Chapter 11 Liquidating Plan.

 

 

Step-by-Step Procedures:


  1. Select [Bankruptcy>Plan]
  1. Enter case number and click Next

 

  1. Select Chapter 11 Plan from event pick list and click Next

 

  1. Select Party from party pick list you represent or Add/Create New Party and clickNext
 
The Attorney/Party association page may display.
  • If attorney represents the party selected, click the box to create the association

 

  • If attorney does not represent the party selected, do not click the box

 

  • Click Next

 

 

The following questions will display.

 

Is this a liquidating Plan?

 

  1. Select Yes or No

 

  1. Click Next

 

The PDF Document selection page will display.

 

  1. Click Browse button and navigate to locate the appropriate document/file

 

  1. View file to verify the correct file is being selected

 

  1. Click Open button and filename will appear in the browse window

 

  1. Click Next

 

  1. Enter the percentage to be paid to Unsecured Creditors

 

  1. Click Next

 

A blank page will appear.

 

  1. Click Next

 

The Final Text page will display.  This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.

 

  1. Verify the accuracy of the docket text.  If not correct/if correct

 

  1. Click Next to complete filing process

 

 

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.

 

Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.  You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
