Update Statistical Data

This event should be used to update the following statistical data that was entered when a case was filed or when an involuntary case converts to a voluntary case.

• Prior Filing within 8 years

• Estimated number of creditors

• Estimated number of assets

• Estimated liabilities

This is a paperless event, therefore no pdf is requried.

Step-by-Step Procedures

1. Select [Bankruptcy>Other]

2. Enter case number and click Next

3. Select Update Statistical Data from event pick list

4.  Click Next

5. Select Debtor(s) from party pick list

6.  Click Next

The next page will display the following text;

Court Users, Please Verify Filed Date

7. Click Next to continue

The next page will display;

Prior filing within 8 years

8. Click the down arrow to select y for yes or n for no

9. Click Next

The next page will display;

Estimated Number of Creditors

10. Click the down arrow to make a selection from the pick list

11. Click Next

The next page will display;

Estimated Assets

12. Click the down arrow to make a selection from the pick list

13. Click Next

The next page will display;

Estimated Liabilities

14. Click the down arrow to make a selection from the pick list

15. Click Next

The Modify Text page will display.  Click down arrow to select a prefix if applicable.

16. Click Next

The Final Text page will display.  This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.

17. Verify the accuracy of the docket text.  If not correct/if correct

18. Click Next to complete filing process

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.

Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.  You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
