for Filing Motions

Notice of Motion, Certificate of Service and Motion must be saved as one PDF document
The Proposed Order must be submitted as an attachment to all motions.
Amended Motion
An amended motion should be filed whenever the motion or attachments have been amended.
The Amended Motion event should be used when filing an amended motion
Amended Notice of Motion/Hearing
An amended notice of motion should be filed whenever the date, time, location or service list is being amended.
The Amended Notice of Motion/Hearing event should be used when filing an amended notice of motion.
Do not re-file the original motion when filing an amended notice of motion/Hearing
Your Motion Title should read the same as the Motion Event selected
The title of the proposed order should match the motion title also (i.e Motion to Dismiss Case/Order Dismissing Case)
Multi-Part Motions - select a motion events for each motion part
Select multiple events by holding down the Ctrl key and click on each motion events
A proposed order should be submitted for each motion event selected
Wherefore section of Motion should agree with motion title
The document entitled " Required Statement to Accompany All Motions to Stay" must be filed as an attachment to motions to stay. Do not file this document as a separate filing.
Motions to have a case reassigned should be titled Motion to Transfer Case to Chief Judge for Reassignment. The motion event that should be used is:

The document entitled " Itemization of Services Rendered to Chapter 13 Debtor(s) " must be filed as an attachment to Chapter 13 applications for compensation. Do not file this document as a separate filing.
The Model Retention Agreement should be filed as an attachment to the chapter 13 fee application.
Citing specific references to the Bankruptcy Code and Rules is not necessary in the docket text.
