Effective December 1, 2008 (per Local Rules Adopted December 1, 2008) no order of court is required.

Steps for filing an Application for Pro Hac Vice:
The application must be mailed or hand delivered to the District Court along with the required filing fee payment.
The application will be stamped with a paid stamp
The application is forwarded to the Bankruptcy Court
If application was mailed in, the District Court will forward it to the Bankruptcy Court.
If application was hand delivered, it will be returned to the filer who is responsible for filing the application with the Bankruptcy Court.
Effective July 1, 2005, this court became a mandatory electronic filing court. Therefore all documents filed by attorneys and trustees must be filed electronically. The court offers two training options to become an efiler.
