Merging Issued Summons and Certificate of Service

The Issued Summons and Certificate of Service must be in pdf format to complete the steps below.  

 

 

 

Step-by-Step Procedures:

 

  1. Save Summons Issued as a pdf file

  2. Complete Certificate of Service and save as a pdf file

  3. Open Summons Issued pdf file

  • Click Document

 

  • Click Insert Pages

 

 

  • Click Document

 

  • Click Pages

 

  • Click Insert

 

 

 

 

A window will display for you locate the Certificate of Service pdf.

 

  1. Click file name

 

  1. Click Select

 

A box will display for you to specify if the certificate of service should be inserted before or after the issued summon page.

 

  1. Select After

 

  1. Click OK

 

The issued summon pdf will now included the certificate of service as page 2.

 

Now, save this document as a pdf.

 

You can now file your Summons Service Executed.
