Notice of Mortgage Payment Change (Limited Filer)

Background: 

Rule 3002.1	Effective 12/1/11, E-filers who represent mortgage creditors in Chapter 13's will need to file this event when there is a mortgage payment change.
Form B10, Supplement #1:	There is a new official form, B10 Supplement #1 that should be used for filing this event. Creditor will notify the debtor, debtor’s attorney, and trustee of any changes in the payment amount no later than 21 days before the new payment amount is due. The form must be served on the debtor, debtor's counsel, and the trustee.
Reminder	After an e-filer has filed this event, it will only appear as a supplement on the Claims Register. This entry will NOT appear on the Bankruptcy docket.   Click Here to Preview the Claims Register:

Step by Step Instructions: 

1. Access Bankruptcy >Creditor Claimant Activity

2. Input Case Number

3. Click Next

4. Select Notice of Mortgage Payment Change

5. Click Next

6. The party screen will appear. Select or add the party you represent.

7. Click Next.
8. The Party association screen will display for attorneys who are not already associated to that party.

• Click the box to create the association
• Note: Creating the correct association ensures that you receive Notice of Electronic Filings

9. Click Next

10. The PDF Document selection screen will display.

    Attach Your Document:

    • Click Browse
    • Select the appropriate document/file
    • Click Open (filename will appear in the Browse window

Note: If you are attaching a Certificate Of Service , Select Attachments to Document Yes radio button

The following menu will appear:

 

 

1. Click Browse

2. Click Open document (filename will appear)

3. Select a Category or Input a Description

4. Select Add to List

5. Click Next

11. Click Next

12. A List of Claims will appear. Select the appropriate claim from the list.

13. Click Next

14. Select the appropriate Radio Button (see table)

If you attached a Certificate of Service in steps 11-12, Select Yes	If you did not attach a Certificate Of Service in steps 11-12, Select No
Click Next	Click Next
	The following warning message will display:

15. Click Next

16. The Final Editing Screen will display.

    Verify the final docket text

17. Click Next to submit the transaction and complete the filing process.
