If a claim was filed, the claim number and the name of claimant will be needed. If a claim was not filed, you will still need the name of the claimant. You will be required to enter this information during the filing process.
Proposed Order Title
The proposed order should be entitled Order Allowing Claim, Order Disallowing Claim, or Order Modifying Claim.
ALERT: If Filing an Omnibus Objection and the claims are recorded on the Claims Register maintained by the Court, there is a maximum of 50 claims that can be selected for each Objection. It is extremely important to select all claim numbers on your Objection, so the Claim Register will be updated.
For Omnibus Objections, you do NOT need to enter each name below: just enter Multiple Claimants.
Step-by-Step Procedures:
Access claim register to verify claim number.
Select [Bankruptcy> Claim Actions]
Enter case number and click Next
Select Objection to Claim with Notice of Hearing from event pick list and click Next
Select Party from party pick list or Add/create new party and click Next
The Attorney/Party Association screen may display. If it does, click here.
The following message will display:
An Outside Vendor is a Court appointed agent responsible for processing filed claims in a case. Select Yes if an Outside Vendor is appointed to the case or if there are No Claims filed on the case. Otherwise, select NO.
Select correct option
Yes - Outside Vendor appointed to the case, No Claims filed on the case. Otherwise, select NO.
No - if neither one of the above applies
Click Next and complete the appropriate process

Click Next
The Modify Text screen will display. Click down arrow to select a prefix if applicable.

The Final Text screen will display. This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.
Verify the accuracy of the docket text
If corrections are needed use Back button to navigate back to previous screen and make correction or click Bankruptcy to abort filing and start over.
If entry is correct, go to step 11
Click Next to complete filing process
The Notice of Electronic Filing will display. It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case. You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
