A new provision in Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA) requires the U.S. Trustee or the Bankruptcy Administrator to contract with auditors to perform audits in individual cases.
The Auditor must file their report directly with the court, not with the U.S. Trustee or Bankruptcy Administrator.

Select Auditor's Reports from event pick list
Click Next
The Next page will display; Court User, Please Verify Filed Date
Click Next
Select Unable to complete from pick list
Click Next
Select Reason for Inability to Complete from pick list
Case dismissed before sufficient response
Failure of the debtor to provide sufficient information
Failure of the debtor to respond to the audit request
Click Next
A blank screen will appear.
Click Next
The Final Text page will display. This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.
Verify the accuracy of the docket text. If not correct/if correct
Click Next to complete filing process
The Notice of Electronic Filing will display. It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
